The pools in these houses are similar to the standard type.
The houses themselves are slightly larger and each is
set in its own garden area affording guests greater space and privacy.
The internal layout and equipment levels are the same as the standard type villas.
Because of the hillside location of Pine Club, there is a somewhat steep incline from the superior type villas to the
main swimming pool
and public areas.

There are 9 villas each with its own private swimming pool ranging in size from 24 to 32 square meters and with
depths ranging from 1.4 to 1.6 meters.
Each villa has 2 twin bedded rooms, 1 double bedded room and a full bathroom on the first floor.
The ground floor consists of a spacious open plan lounge/dining area and kitchen, plus a shower room with w.c.
The lounge/dining area leads to a partly covered sun terrace and the swimming pool.Each villa has T.V., VCR,
washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, 2 ring electric hob, mini-oven and grill.
These are in fact four terraced villas set in a quiet shaded part of the complex.
Each has 2 twin bedded rooms and a convertible sofa bed is provided in the lounge area for the 5th and
6th guests.
Apart from being somewhat smaller and the absence of a private swimming pool, these 2 bedroom villas have all
the same facilities as the standard type 3 bedroom villas.
Because of their high standard these one bedroom apartments might best be described as self catering suites.
Each has a twin bedded room, a bathroom, lounge/dining area with a convertible sofa bed and balcony or terrace.
The kitchen has a two ring hob and fridge. The lounge and bedroom each have separate individually controlled
air-conditioning.
All apartments are located close to the main pool area. New this year is a communal Laundry area for our dear guests.
